I'm a software engineer at Microsoft focused on building reliable, high-scale systems that power AI driven workloads. I care deeply about product quality, engineering craftsmanship, and creating technology that feels fast and intuitive.

Outside of day-to-day engineering work, I enjoy exercising, cooking, travelling, and playing with my cat.

02. My experience

Software Engineer, Azure AIOps Health Platform @ Microsoft

2022 — Present

  • Build intelligent back-end systems in Azure that detect, triage, and help mitigate outages using AI/ML at cloud scale.
  • Support a platform that processes billions of telemetry events daily for real-time health evaluation and SLI-based alerting.
  • Develop and operate both streaming alert pipelines and standard metric monitor paths to reduce time-to-detect and time-to-mitigate.
  • Contribute to reliability improvements across first-party Microsoft monitors, Azure Monitor/Alerts, and critical observability tooling.

Software Engineer, Global Technology @ McDonald's

2020 — 2022

  • Data & Architecture: advanced customer and restaurant architecture strategy by helping build fast, scalable marketing data systems.
  • US Tech - POS & Kiosk: developed requirements and features for 250,000+ devices across 14,000 restaurants, including delivery integrations and kiosk/POS improvements.
  • Global Infrastructure & Operations: improved project intake processes and revamped global product update workflows for global technology rollouts.
